These 2 homes are the first orange concepts to be built. We are very pleased how the layout works out with a bi-level ground floor and the master suite with roof deck. The choice of materials makes these homes distinctively contemporary, but also comfortable and warm to live in.
The choice of a material can serve as a concept guiding multiple decisions in a project. We chose exterior cork because of its sustainable insulation properties and because of its natural look. The interiors of the houses also have cork accents, tying the two together. It will be the first home in the US using cork as a facade material.
